Coast Union have apparently hang on to the Kenyan ace as they wait to play Tanzanian giants Simba Sports Club on Saturday in a Vodacom league match.
"We will not accept such a situation where our player is not available for national team duties and we will take up the matter with Fifa if Coastal Union do not do what they are supposed to do. It is very clear that Fifa friendly matches are supposed to be played from Saturday to Tuesday and as a result no other matches should be on."
Santos is one of the nine professional players called up by Kenyan coach Henri Michel for the build up match-the first for the Frenchman who was appointed more than one month ago.
