The flower men tactician understands that the team is in a very tight position to evade the chop but insists they will not surrender easily but fight to the end
Oserian head coach Sammy 'Pamzo' Omollo has warned that it is too early to write off his side saying that they will fight to the bitter end to evade the relegation axe.
The ' flower' boys are rooted in the relegation zone at position 15 with just 21 points and with four matches to go, Omollo believes that they can still evade the chop.
“We are in a tight position but I have told the boys not to give up but to fight to the end. If we can pick maximum points from our remaining matches then we will be safe.”
The Naivasha based side will have to cross their fingers that they win while bottom placed Rangers FC and Nairobi City Stars losses.
City Stars are just a spot above them and double defeats for the Kawangware outfit will jeopardize their chances. City Stars lost 0-1 to Sony Sugar at their home turf on Sunday. Only three points separate the two sides.
Omollo added that all the four matches are bound to be tougher as no team wants to go under. “At this stage in the league, every match is like a final and we have to fight so hard and hope that things go our way.”
Oserian face Mathare United on Saturday having held Sofapaka to a barren draw last Sunday.
