Action resumes on Friday after the French Ligue took a break last week to give room for international fixtures.
Since the season began, Oliech has not found the back of the net but has made four assists more than any other player in the second tier ligue.
He will be hoping to build on this momentum. Auxerre are currently in position nine in the 20 team table with nine points, two shy of Istres who are in position five with 11 points.
A win for Auxerre will take their points tally to 12 and a probable top five slot. The team has played six matches and registered three draws and similar number of defeats.
Dijon who are at the apex of the standings, have 14 points while second placed Monaco are on 13 points. Third placed Caen have eleven points.
Monaco will hosts Dijon in a top of the table clash on Friday while Caen hosts Le Mans. Oliech was the club’s top scorer last season with 11 goals.
Prior to joining Auxerre, Oliech turned out for another division two side FC Nantes which was by then playing in the French top flight soccer and Qatari side Al-Arabi.
