TEAM NEWS: Holtby returns to starting XI as Tottenham name strong side for Lyon test
The 22-year-old Germany international is recalled to Andre Villas-Boas' first team after featuring for just 23 minutes in the first leg, while Remi Garde also makes one change
Tottenham have made one change to the team that defeated Lyon 2-1 at White Hart Lane last week, as January signing Lewis Holtby replaces Clint Dempsey in the starting XI.Gareth Bale scored both goals in the first-leg victory, leading to suggestions that Andre Villas-Boas' team are too dependent on the Welshman, and the 23-year-old retains his place in a strong-looking Tottenham team.
Remi Garde also chooses to make one change to his Lyon team, replacing former Spurs man Steed Malbranque with 22-year-old midfielder Clement Grenier as Les Gones look to overturn a one-goal deficit in this Europa League round-of-32 second leg meeting at the Stade Gerland.
Samuel Umtiti, scorer of the stunning crucial away goal at White Hart Lane, takes his place in an unchanged backline as Garde sticks with the team that thrashed Bordeaux 4-0 last weekend.
