Ashley Cole celebrates England century with new boots
The Chelsea full-back is set to earn his 100th cap in Wednesday's clash with Brazil, and will mark the occasion with footwear branded with St. George's crosses
England left-back Ashley Cole is set to mark his 100th appearance for the Three Lions on Wednesday with customised football boots.The Chelsea defender will take to the Wembley pitch to take on Brazil sporting boots embroidered with St George’s crosses and the words "100th Cap".
The 32-year-old will become only the seventh Englishman to play over 100 times for his country, and has started in every one of his 99 previous caps.
The ex-Arsenal full-back has played over 8166 minutes for the Three Lions and featured in five major international tournaments.
