Andre Villas-Boas has slammed his former club Chelsea over their lack of long-term planning.The Portuguese was appointed by the Blues ahead of the 2011-12 season but was sacked and replaced by his assistant Roberto Di Matteo after just nine months.
And, after Di Matteo suffered the same fate this term - despite having led the west London side to their maiden Champions League triumph - Villas-Boas has hit out at the club's hierarchy.

"There was a commitment from Abramovich and his word was given, yet there was a premature departure."
The former Porto boss was keen to underline his happiness at Tottenham, however, insisting Spurs are on track for a successful season.
"We're achieving what we've been asked to achieve," Villas-Boas added. "We're still in the Europa League and third in the Premier League."
