Chelsea manager Roberto Di-Matteo has named a strong side ahead of his side's League Cup tie with Championship side Wolves despite making seven changes, as John Terry returns as captain and Cesar Azpilicueta makes his debut.
Ashley Cole, who scored the winner against Stoke at the weekend, is rested while Eden Hazard, David Luiz, Oscar and John Obi Mikel all drop to the bench. Petr Cech is also not named in the squad, with Ross Turnbull replacing him in the team and Hilario named as the subsitute keeper.
Victor Moses is given a chance to build on an impressive subsitutute appearance for the hosts against the Potters whilst youngsters Oriel Romeu and Lucas Piazon are also given opportunities to impress alongside established senior players like Juan Mata and Fernando Torres.
The visitors have named a much changed squad with striker Kevin Doyle rested completely. However, first team regulars Stephen Hunt and Ronald Zubar feature for the away side.
