The Black Eagles have won the Algeria league after securing an unassailable lead from a goalless draw against CABB Arreridj
Algerian league defending champions ES Setif retained their title this week after holding near bottom-placed CABB Arreridj to a goalless draw in the 29th and penultimate round of the championship.
With six points clear at the top and goal difference of 17 ahead of rivals USM Harrach, Setif can no longer be overtaken, with just one game to the close of the league.
Harrach failed to win their mid-week home fixture.
Setif are claiming their sixth title, which they won in 1968, 1987, 2007, 2009 and 2012.
