FK Baku have confirmed that ambitious Football Manager gamer Vugar Huseynzade will become the club's new coach.
Having just sacked former Olympiakos defender Bozdar Bandovic, the side was looking for a new person to fill in the role, with ex-France striker Jean-Pierre Papin being among the competition that the 21-year-old beat.
Huseynzade, who never held a similar position before, has
been playing the video game for 10 years, which the club feels is enough to warrant giving him a chance at the touchline.
"I've always wanted to work in football and have played Football Manager since 2002," Huseynzade was quoted as saying by Metro.co.uk.
