A flurry of bets for Beckham to join French club Paris Saint-Germain, who have spent substantial amounts of money bringing in players such as Zlatan Ibrahimovic and Thiago Silva, have seen their price plummet to 9/4 (3.25) to be Beckham's next employers.
The side from the French capital, who are managed by former Chelsea boss Carlo Ancelotti now boast Champions League football and are just a point behind Ligue 1 leaders Lyon.
A-League side Melbourne Heart are also leading candidates to acquire Beckham's services at 5/2 (3.50) with William Hill.

West Ham come next in the betting at 5/1 (6.0), with the Hammers listed as the favourite Premier League club to bring Beckham back to familiar shores.
Sam Allardyce has brought several players to Upton Park who have demanded significant wages, including Andy Carroll and Kevin Nolan, so they are deemed a legitimate contender for what would still be an expensive acquisition.
Other Premier League clubs on the list include QPR at 20/1 (21.0) and Tottenham at 25/1 (26.0), while a shock move back to Old Trafford is rated as a 33/1 (34.0) chance.
Another A-League club, Perth Glory, are priced at 6/1 (7.0) to tempt Beckham to Australia, following players such as Emile Heskey and Alessandro Del Piero who have moved to the division in recent months.
Central Coast Mariners and Western Sydney Wanderers are both available at 12/1 (13.0) to be club the former England international joins next.
Beckham staying in the MLS but choosing to join Thierry Henry and Landon Donovan at New York Red Bulls is a 10/1 (11.0) shot, with several high profile clubs also available at long odds.
A return to AC Milan is available at 16/1 (17.0), a move to Celtic is available at the same price, but both seem unlikely due to the financial commitment required. Meanwhile, one club who could certainly afford another global superstar, Anzhi Makhachkala, are 25/1 (26.0) outsiders to add Beckham to their talented squad alongside the likes of Samuel Eto'o, Yuri Zhirkov and Chris Samba.
