Al Wasl coach Diego Maradona has stressed that Napoli will always be in his heart following his successful spell at the Stadio San Paolo from 1984 until 1991.
The Argentine legend won two Serie A titles with the Partenopei, as well as one Coppa Italia and the Uefa Cup, and he has not forgotten about Napoli.
"Argentina and Napoli are the two teams that will always be in my heart. Napoli have been doing great. The city deserves a superb team like the current squad," Maradona was quoted as saying by Ansa.
"Perhaps they could do with some defensive reinforcements, but they've been doing very well.
"I will never forget about Napoli. The city itself and its people deserve a great team."
Napoli currently sit sixth in the Serie A table with 28 points from 18 games and face a Champions League round of 16 tie against Chelsea next month.
