Fears at Vinovo spread over the weekend as the Italian midfielder suffered a dislocation of the clavicle bone in his shoulder against Reggina after landing awkwardly.
However, the player had a scan on Monday and the injury was not thought to be serious by the club's medical staff.
Camoranesi has even stunned the doctors with his recovery and has returned to training just four days after being crocked.
At first there were fears he would miss the next two games against Lecce and Milan, but he could even feature at the Via Del Mare this Sunday if the recovery continues progressing well.
The player and coach were both delighted with the return and Ranieri may even choose to use him at the weekend.
However, it's more than likely 'Camo' will make his comeback in the big game against the Rossoneri.
