Mourinho Keen On Arsenal's Diaby - Reports
Jose Mourinho is keen on strengthening his relationship with Arsene Wenger as he prepares to snare Diaby...
Jose Mourinho has identified his latest midfield recruit; Arsenal youngster Abou Diaby.
The Inter coach is keen on strengthening this January and, according to the Daily Telegraph, Diaby is on top of his hit list.
Reports suggest the 'Special One' has already told the Nerazzurri top brass that he wants the Gunners' man at all costs and that he will stop at nothing to get him.
The 22-year-old signed for Arsenal from Auxere in 2006 and his contract doesn't expire until 2010. However, his exit could be pushed by the Nerazzurri, who are willing to offer the north London club plenty of cash for the player.
A January move is expected as the Italians don't want to waste time in bringing in some extra muscle. If the move doesn't take off this January then Inter will plan a summer raid.
Meanwhile, Inter have had to train behind indoors as they prepare for Saturday's game against Cagliari. Non-stop snow has battered the Appiano Gentile training ground, forcing the players to remain in the gym.
