New coach Dunga is eager to get to work with his squad and has scheduled no less than six training sessions as the Selecao face Colombia and Ecuador in North America
Earlier this week coach Dunga assembled his first squad since returning for his second spell in charge of the national team, calling up a 22-man squad for matches with Colombia on September 5 and Ecuador on September 9.
And the new boss is desperate to get to work with his new-look Selecao, squeezing in no less than six training sessions with the squad over the duration of their stay in North America.
The team’s first workout will take place at the Mandarin Oriental Hotel in Miami at 17:30 local time on Monday September 1.
The players will then train at FIU Soccer Stadium at 16:00 local time on both Tuesday and Wednesday.
On Thursday training will be held at Sun Life Stadium, the venue of Friday’s clash with World Cup quarter-finalists Colombia, at 16:00 local time.
The players and staff will be free to spend Saturday as they wish before returning to FIU Soccer Stadium for their final training session in Miami at 15:30 local time. On Sunday evening they will board a chartered jet to New Jersey.
The delegation will stay at the W Hoboken hotel during their time in New Jersey. Training will take place on Monday September 8 at Red Bull Arena at 16:00 before Tuesday’s match with Ecuador at Metlife Stadium.
