French President Nicolas Sarkozy Hates Raymond Domenech – Report

It seems that French national team coach Raymond Domenech has even fewer friends than previously thought, with president of France Nicolas Sarkozy admitting that he hates the coach.

Raymond Domenech (France)

Italy and Domenech have had enough of each other, and if France and their coach never play against the Azzurri again, the peninsula would be a happier place; but apparently Italians are not the only nationality that can't stand the white-haired coach.

His own countrymen are getting in on the act too, and according to So Foot, the French president detests the coach of Les Bleus.

One is in charge of the country, while the other leads the country in one of its favourite past-times, but there is certainly no feeling of respect emanating from the political camp.

According to So Foot, President Sarkozy considers the coach to be “incapable, incompetent and a terrible coach,” and when Domenech was confirmed as the man in charge, the nation's president was infuriated, and considered the appointment an outrage, as well as proof of the age-old French tradition of never changing things, even when things are going wrong.
