The Premier League pair have been tracking Veloso for some time, and will be pleased to hear that he plans to leave Portugal...
The Sporting Lisbon star has been tracked by the pair for some time, and there now appears to be a window for them to make their move.
According to O Jogo, Veloso has instructed his agent, Paulo Barbosa, to find him a foreign club, after learning of the considerable interest in him. At the moment, Villa and Bolton appear to be the two Premier League clubs with the greatest interest, but he is being tracked all over Europe.
It is believed that Sporting will look for around €14million for Veloso.
