The Milan-bound midfielder believes the Azzurri can give the tournament favourites a run for their money in Thursday's last-four meeting in Warsaw
Riccardo Montolivo says Germany and Spain should watch out, because Italy fear no team at Euro 2012.
Cesare Prandelli's men take on their old rivals die Mannschaft on Thursday, and the 27-year-old, who will join AC Milan from Fiorentina this summer, has praised the Azzurri's performances in the tournament so far.
He also said that despite the Nationalelf and La Roja being favourites to win the competition, Prandelli's side are not afraid to take on any challenge that comes their way.
"We've played well in all of our games so far in the tournament," he told reporters. "Now we will face Germany, probably the best team with Spain, but we will be ready to challenge them.
"We don't fear anybody."
After drawing their first two group stage matches against Spain and Croatia, Italy earned successive victories over Ireland and England, leading them to the semi-final. Their next match will take place in Warsaw on Thursday, with kick-off scheduled for 20:45CET.
