Glen Johnson and Welbeck miss England training for second time
The Liverpool defender missed most of Thursday's preparations ahead of the friendly against Norway with an infected toe, with the Manchester United forward also sitting out
Liverpool defender Glen Johnson is an injury concern for England after missing most of Thursday's training session with an infected toe.Roy Hodgson will take charge of his first Three Lions match this Saturday against Norway in Oslo, as preparations for Euro 2012 gain pace.

The injury has been described as "minor" by the Football Association and paves the way for recent call-up, and Anfield teammate, Martin Kelly to win his first international cap.
The young defender has already played at Under-21 level, but this is his first call-up to the senior squad as the new coach experiments with his team.
With Hodgson already thin on defensive options, newly-appointed coach Gary Neville filled in at centre-back for the training session at Manchester City's stadium.
Danny Welbeck is another injury worry as he continues to struggle with an ankle injury picked up in the Manchester derby on April 30, and is therefore unlikely to feature this weekend.
There was some good news, though, with Scott Parker, who was feared to have picked up an injury that could rule him out of the opening games of the summer's tournament, resuming training.
