The Colombian striker recently made a big-money move to the wealthy French side and is hoping more big names will join him at Stade Louis IIMonaco striker Radamel Falcao says he expects more big names to join him at Stade Louis II in the coming weeks.
The 27-year-old recently completed a €47 million move to the club from Atletico Madrid, following in the footsteps of James Rodriguez and Joao Moutinho.
And the Colombian is excited about the club's long-term future and hopes to be playing alongside other stars in the coming weeks.
"The project at Monaco is a long-term one," Falcao told Antena3.
"We want to be playing at a high level of European football and I look forward to other top players arriving at the club in the coming weeks."
The Colombian feels he will play a key role in the side, but admits that they lack pedigree in comparison with Europe's elite sides.
"I'm going to be a key player in the team, but they are certainly not the one with the most history in Europe or the facilities to meet these goals," he added.
