Former Chelsea winger Florent Malouda says he will decide where he will be playing next season soon, insisting he has received interest from a number of clubs.

Following six seasons at Stamford Bridge the 32-year-old is a free agent after being deemed surplus to requirements, failing to make a single first-team appearance last term.

However, Malouda is confident about finding opportunities next season with clubs in England, France, Brazil and the Gulf all courting his signature.

"For now I am enjoying my holidays," Malouda told Goal while on a visit to Ghana for the Michael Essien Foundation's Charity Game.

"I have been in Germany and I am in Ghana here. I will come out with the club I am joining when I end my holidays.

"Some clubs in France, Brazil, the Premier League, and the Gulf have all expressed interest in signing me. I will sit down with my agent and we sort things out when I go."

An assembled Africa XI led by Michael Essien defeated Michael Ballack's World XI 4-2 on Saturday in a charity match in Ghana, with Malouda grabbing an assist early in the game.

Malouda added: "Africa and Ghana, particularly, is like a home to me. It is always great to be here to support my brother Essien in his charity game."
