Bayern Munich midfielder Bastian Schweinsteiger has passed a late fitness test to face Freiburg in the club's Bundesliga fixture on Saturday afternoon.

However, Dutch winger Arjen Robben is not in the squad as he continues his rehabilitation from groin and back injuries as Toni Kroos continues in the No.10 role with Thomas Muller pushed out wide.

Jupp Heynckes has also reinstated Rafinha into the starting line-up with Jerome Boateng moving into the centre of defence, replacing Daniel van Buyten who drops to the bench.

Bayern will be looking for the victory that could send them back top of the Bundesliga after Bayer Leverkusen leapfrogged the Bavarian giants with a 4-1 win against Augsburg on Friday night.
