Robben: Small details will decide Borussia Dortmund clash
The Netherlands international has warned that BVB will prove to be tough opponents, but is determined to progress in the DFB Pokal
Bayern Munich winger Arjen Robben is eagerly anticipating the DFB Pokal quarter-final clash against Borussia Dortmund and expects a tight match. The Bavarians have been struggling against BVB in recent years, but are unbeaten in their previous two clashes this season, and Robben is desperate to progress to the semi-finals at the expense of Dortmund.
"It’s going to be a tight game. It will be decided by the little details," Robben was quoted as saying on the official Bundesliga website.
"The important thing is we get to the final of the cup. We want to win titles and if Dortmund stand in the way of us reaching Berlin, then we just have to beat them.
"What happened last season is behind us now. We’re into a new season and there are new titles to be won - and we’ve got to be there when it matters."
Wednesday's encounter is scheduled to kick off at 20:30CET.
