Joachim Low wants his Germany side to develop character and build an understanding with the fans in preparation for the 2014 World Cup in Brazil - a feat he believes they are well on the way to achieving.A 3-1 friendly loss to Argentina in Frankfurt was greeted with applause by the watching spectators, leading the German tactician to believe a bond between player and fan is present.
"We have players who can continue to develop and use in the next two years," Low told Kicker.
"The relationship between the audience and the crew is absolutely intact and the fans recognise achievements in the last few years are sustainable [with this model]."
When asked of his own pressure, Low simply stated: "We need to contest qualification [to the World Cup] successfully, and then one will certainly talks about how to proceed further."
