Fanview: Can Manchester United end City's unbeaten run at the Etihad Stadium?

Ahead of the crucial Manchester derby, Goal.com questions both sets of supporters whether Manchester United can end Manchester City's long unbeaten run at the Etihad.

The season so far has seen quite a few clubs rise to the top and falter, but after 15 games, Manchester United lead the pack with 36 points and are followed closely by the defending champions Manchester City who trail by only three points.The next fixture for these two teams is the highly anticipated Manchester derby. With the Premier League champions not having lost a game at home since the last two years, Goal.com asks the supporters of both clubs whether United can put an end to this unbeaten run at the Etihad?

Anshool: With Rooney playing in full flow and the addition of Van Persie to the squad, Manchester United have the deadliest attack in the league. I'm sure its going to be a United victory with revenge on Sir Alex Ferguson's mind. My prediction: 3-1 to Manchester United.
Amish: Manchester City have been eliminated from the Champions League and I feel their morale isn't very high, it's the perfect time for United to increase their lead at the top of the table and keeping in mind that this could be the last year for Scholes and Giggs, I'm sure they will go out all guns blazing at the Etihad Stadium. My prediction: 2-0 to United.
Anmol: I am totally loving United's offensive display this season, but let's be realistic here, our defense has been awful to say the least.The fact that the match is at the Etihad and keeping United's shaky defence in mind, I think City will win. My Prediction: 2-1 to City
Joash: City finished last in the group stage of the Champions League and being the English champions, it does hurt. The team can now concentrate on the league and even though United will be tough to beat, I'm sure Mancini's men will come out victorious. My prediction: 3-1 to City
Neville: The Champions League has been disappointing yet again and I really doubt City's team mentality. With Mancini shuffling the defense in almost every game, I doubt there is any stability in the back four in our team. United are in good form and I don't see us winning this tie. My prediction: 2-1 to United .
Cheryl: For some weird reason I think this match will end in a stalemate. Both teams are starstudded and will cancel each other out. We saw the City vs Chelsea game, one which I expected City to win but it ended up being a goalless draw. I think this will be a replica of that game. My Prediction: 0-0
Tammy: I really hope Manchester United end City's unbeaten run at the Etihad. With the players we have got, we can definetely put on a better show than last season. Yes, we do have problems in defence but I'm sure we will cope with it. My prediction: 3-2 to United.
Colin: After our elimination from the Champions League, Mancini is under tremendous pressure. We need to win this match at any cost, not only to cover the gap but also for Mancini to keep his job. A loss here will be very demoralising for the players and the fans as well. My prediction: 1-0 to City
Kunal: I really love the way Van Persie, Hernandez and Rooney are playing together and scoring goals seems easy for them. Breaking a two year unbeaten record will be tough, but I'm sure the boys are up for it. United to increase their lead to 6 points over City. My prediction: 3-1 to United.
Adrian: As optimistic as I am, I know we have major issues at the back. Over dependence on Van Persie and Hernandez is also a problem. I think City may just nick it with a solitary goal. My prediction: 1-0 to City.
