The successful coach believes that his side have what it takes to progress to the group stage despite their first-leg loss last week to CopenhagenLille coach Rudi Garcia is eagerly anticipating the second leg of the Champions League play-off against Copenhagen, and is confident that the Ligue 1 side will book their ticket for the knockout stages.
The French outfit were beaten 1-0 in the first leg in the Danish capital, but Garcia is full of optimism ahead of Wednesday's return in France.
"We are not even considering the possibility of not qualifying. To play in our new stadium and in front of a full house will spur us on even more," Garcia stated at a press conference.
"They are ahead but that could work in our favour. A couple years ago we beat Liverpool 1-0 at home in the first leg. Copenhagen showed more determination in the first leg but we reacted well in the second half.
"We had enough opportunities to score but we lacked composure in front of goal, which is unforgivable in a competition as big as this."
Wednesday's encounter kicks off at 20:45CET.
