FPAI Awards Special: Let YOUR Voice Be Heard!

We are living in an age of opinion. The citizen journalist initiatives, feedbacks and most importantly, the new media where the technology comes in handy to provide a 24X7 access to all the information only goes to highlight the available platforms for an individual to get his voice heard.
After all ‘Opinions are the medium between knowledge and ignorance,’ as stated by Plato.
The Football Players Association of India (FPAI) are organising their second awards function next month and having realised the importance of viewpoint of the masses they have categorized a special award titled ‘Fans’ Player of the Year 2010’ where YOU shall choose the winner.
And how can that be done?
The process is simple as all YOU have to do is visit www.fpaofindia.com and vote for one of the five options of Kalu Nnanna, Mohammed Rafi, Edmar Figueira, Subrata Paul and Anthony Pereira who have been nominated for this award.
Based on the number of votes, the one with the maximum number shall be declared as the winner on September 11, the day of the awards.
Generally, elections in India often see a low turnout in major cities such as Mumbai and Bangalore due to various reasons with chief amongst which being the lack of faith in the system.
In the present case, there is no such argument and hence, YOUR voice deserves to be heard.
