Paris Saint-Germain head coach Laurent Blanc believes Zlatan Ibrahimovic and new signing Edinson Cavani can form a lethal attacking partnership.
Much has been made of whether the two could play in the same side, but Blanc is adamant they can, adding that Ibrahimovic is still happy at the club.
"I think he [Ibrahimovic] and Cavani will complement one another," he told reporters.
"I have talked a lot with Zlatan. I have no reason to believe that he or others will not be in Paris next year. He will join us in Sweden, and then we will analyse the players we have.
"I can tell you that if we have 30 players, someone will leave."
The former France captain has also confirmed young Italian midfielder Marco Veratti is part of his plans for this campaign despite interest from other clubs.
"I have spoken with Marco and he is part of PSG this year," he said.
"There have been rumours but the player has a contract with PSG.
"I haven't had the slightest suspicion that he wants to leave. He is a young player with enormous potential that I really like."
Finally, Blanc spoke about new PSG signing Marquinhos, who, pending official confirmation, will join the club on Friday in a deal worth €35 million.
"This is a young, very talented player with great potential," he continued.
"Marquinhos is a long-term investment that I hope produces great results. It proves that Paris are buying for the future."
