Luis Cesar Souto de Moura says there are continual enquiries for the highly rated striker, but no club has yet cemented their interest with a formal offer
Tottenham had reopened talks with the Brasileirao side at the start of June regarding their long-term transfer target.
However, De Moura insists that no deal is imminent and is hopeful that the striker will remain at the club.
"Nothing has come in. Clubs from everywhere sound him out all the time, but we don't even consider that anymore, as there are too many enquiries but offers never come," the Internacional chief told Esporte Interativo.
"I am working with the idea of keeping the player, so that he doesn't leave."
The Brazil international has played 16 times for his country and was the top scorer at the Olympic Games last year, but had to pull out of the Confederations Cup due to injury.
