Strootman happy to bide time over move
The PSV midfielder has said that he will not leave the Philips Stadion unless the transfer truly appeals to him
PSV midfielder Kevin Strootman has said that he will not leave the club unless a transfer truly "appeals" to him.The 23-year-old has been linked with a move away from Eredivisie, with the likes of Manchester United reportedly showing an interest in the player.
However, the Netherlands international is not willing to leave his current employers except if the destination is the right one.
“Every transfer window there are clubs that are interested, but [a move] should appeal to me,” he told reporters.
"Sometimes I look at matches in the Champions League and I think 'so, that's a tough level'. Sometimes I am less impressed."
PSV are currently one point behind Eredivisie leaders Ajax with seven games remaining.
