The 22-year-old has successfully completed a medical and will be unveiled alongside fellow signing Ronny on Friday
Palmeiras have announced the signing of Kleber from Porto on a six-month loan deal, with an option to make the switch permanent in the summer.
According to the club's official website, Alviverde also have the option to extend his stay should they progress in the Copa Libertadores.
The former Athletic Mineiro striker will be unveiled alongside fellow signing Ronny at 11.30am local time on Friday at the club's academy.
The 22-year-old is currently sidelined with a thigh injury, but should return to training within the next 10 days, with Palmeiras' doctor Rubens Sampaio confirming the player is in the "final stages of recovery".
