The former Juventus coach has expressed his desire for the player he once managed to not be restrained by his new team, backing the 27-year-old to succeed in Turkey
The winger signed a four-year deal after completing the €7 million transfer from Juventus on Thursday, having seen his playing time in Turin drastically cut last season.
Del Neri, who coached Krasic during the 2010-11 campaign while at the helm of the Bianconeri, believes his former charge has what it takes to be a success at the Sukru Saracoglu.
"If you play well, it does not bear any significance," he told Tuttomercatoweb when he was quizzed as to how important it was for the Serb to learn Italian.
"He needs time, and needs to play. As far as I'm concerned, Krasic is a good person, and will be a success."
"I hope that he finds his environment in Turkey. Hopefully he will have the freedom to succeed, and I am sure this will prove decisive."
Fenerbahce travel away to FC Vaslui for the second leg of their Champions League third qualifying round clash on August 8, with the tie currently 1-1 on aggregate.
