Seydou Doumbia could be on his way out of CSKA Moscow at the end of the 2011-12 campaign as Roma have shown an interest in signing the Cote d'Ivoire international in the summer transfer window, Corriere delle Sera reports.
The Giallorossi are looking to add some more firepower to their squad ahead of next season, and they see the 24-year-old as the perfect addition.
Nevertheless, Doumbia will not be available on the cheap as he has a contract until June 2015 with CSKA, and an offer in the region of €20 million could be needed to lure him away from the Russian giants.
Doumbia joined CSKA Moscow from Young Boys in the summer of 2010, and has since become a key player at the Army Men.
The striker netted five times in seven Champions League appearances this term to help CSKA to the last 16 of the competition, where Real Madrid proved to be too strong, beating the Russians 5-2 on aggregate.
