Genoa Keen On Inter's Cristian Chivu - Report
The Romanian defender has an expiring contract with the Nerazzurri and could be on the move next summer with Genoa reportedly set to offer him a three-year deal

Inter defender Cristian Chivu could be on his way out of his current club at the end of the season as Genoa have shown an interest in signing the former Roma star on a free transfer, La Gazzetta dello Sport reports.
The Romanian defender has an expiring contract with Inter and there have been continuous rumours that he is set to leave the Giuseppe Meazza.
Chivu has previously been linked with a return to Ajax, but Genoa have now joined the race for the 31-year-old's services.
The Luigi Ferraris outfit are keen to add more experience to their backline and they reportedly see Chivu as the perfect signing to strenghten their squad.
It is speculated that Genoa are ready to offer Chivu a three-year deal with an annual salary of €1.5 million.
