Turkish international has reportedly set his sights on a move to Real Madrid as the Spaniards agree personal terms with the midfielder
The 22-year-old has been one of the revelations of this year's Bundesliga campaign and his good performances haven't gone unnoticed in the Spanish capital.
Marca comments that Sahin has been linked with clubs such as Inter, Arsenal and Chelsea in the past few months, but has now allegedly decided to move to Madrid, even though both club and player have yet to comment on the latest developments.
Representatives from the Santiago Bernabeu and Dortmund are expected to meet over the coming days to discuss a transfer fee, with Sahin thought to have a €6 million buy-out clause in his current deal, but the German champions have denied the existence of such a clause.
The latest speculation suggests that Madrid are willing to pay up to €10m to secure the player for next season.
Sahin currently sits 34th in the Castrol EDGE Rankings following his impressive performances for Dortmund.
