Real Madrid’s Cristiano Ronaldo Would Thrive At Milan – Ignazio Abate
Ignazio Abate is open to the suggestion of Cristiano Ronaldo joining Milan from Real Madrid at the end of the season and believes that the Portuguese would be a hit at San Siro.

Milan full-back Ignazio Abate has welcomed the idea of Real Madrid star Cristiano Ronaldo moving to the Rossoneri and believes that he would be a success in Italy.
This week, Milan supremo Silvio Berlusconi admitted that he is a fan of the Portugal international and that it is his wish to see him play for the Diavolo.
Adding to that, Abate has voiced his support to the idea of the 26-year-old playing for the former Italian and European champions and told La Gazzetta dello Sport: “I believe he would do very well. I hope he comes even if I have already played with many phenomenal players here.
“If you had said to me that I would train with David Beckham, I wouldn't have believed you.”
Abate has been one of the most improved players for Milan since the summer and has earned plaudits for his displays down the right flank.
Reflecting on his performance this season, the 24-year-old enthused: “I am not thinking a lot about the national team right now. I am thinking about the Scudetto. I am seven games away from a dream.”
Milan are currently three points clear at the top of the table in Serie A and travel to Florence to take on Fiorentina this weekend.
