Ronaldinho's brother and agent Roberto De Assis is leading a rebellion against the voices that want him away from Milan, insisting that he will stay at the club.

Ronaldinho provoked further questions over his future on Tuesday when he said he "didn't know" where he would be playing next season.

The former Barcelona playmaker's deal with the Italian club expires in 2011. Initial reports had suggested talks over an extension received a warrant from Milan, only for the club to deny they had been in contact with him.

De Assis has now said that Ronaldinho will stay with the club until his current terms expire.

"Ronaldinho will stay at Milan? I think so. He has a contract with the club, and we have not spoken about anything else," the agent was quoted as saying by Tuttomercatoweb.com.

"There are no doubts. He is fine at Milan and he has a deal with the club."
