Luiz Felipe Scolari Could Replace Manuel Pellegrini As Real Madrid Coach - Report
The former Brazil & Portugal coach is in the frame to take over at the Bernabeu...
The former Portugal national coach is currently coaching Uzbekistan national champions Bunyodkor, where he is believed to be the world's highest paid coach, earning in the region of €20 million on an 18-month contract.
Scolari also coached Chelsea for a brief period last season and lead Brazil to World Cup success in 2002, with a squad that included current Blanco, Kaka.
His possible arrival is believed to appeal to record signing Cristiano Ronaldo, who worked with him with the Portugal national side. Ronaldo has been noticeably annoyed by Pellegrini's decision to withdraw him from the latter stages of a number of games so far this season
With current coach Manuel Pellegrini's performance already under intense scrutiny, the 61-year-old Brazilian could become Madrid's 11th coach since the turn of the century within a matter of weeks, with the game against Barcelona on November 29 believed to be a crucial point in the Chilean's reign as coach.
