Milan vice president Adriano Galliani has confirmed the David Beckham deal will be made official within the next few hours, when the Rossoneri will announce the move in tandem Los Angeles Galaxy.

The England international spent half of last season on loan at the Serie A club, and he is now on the verge of returning. It is said that Beckham wants regular top-flight football to boost his chances of appearing with England at the World Cup.

"David Beckham will arrive. We will announce the agreement with the Galaxy. We are just waiting for the final documents," Galliani told the press outside the Lega Calcio offices in Milan.

Milan have also been linked with Under-20 Ghana international Dominic Adiyiah, but the chief remain coy on those rumours.

"Will we be buying a non-EU player? We will see. A Ghanaian? We will see," concluded the Italian.
