The 28-year-old is reported as stating that he would be delighted if the opportunity to join Primera Division giants Barcelona was to come along.
"If I have the chance to play for Barcelona, I'd be really happy," British tabloid The Sun quotes Arshavin as saying.
The versatile 5ft 8in forward, who can play on the wing as well as in a central role up front, only moved to the Emirates Stadium from Zenit St. Petersburg at the beginning of February this year for a fee of €17.7 million (£15m).
The 44-time capped Russia international, who has scored 15 goals for the Sbornaja, has impressed for the Gunners so far, finding the back of the net six times in 15 appearances.
Arshavin also recently stated his intention to return to the Sine-Byelo-Goluboy to see out the end of his playing career.
