TEAM NEWS: Giampaolo Pazzini Starts For Inter As Gianluigi Buffon Returns In Goal For Juventus

The Italian No.1 has shrugged off an injury to start in goal for the away side while Claudio Ranieri names the former Sampdoria upfront alongside Mauro Zarate
Claudio Ranieri has made three changes to his side for Saturday's crunch Serie A encounter against rivals Juventus at San Siro.

Julio Cesar picked up a thigh strain in the 1-1 draw versus Atalanta midweek so Luca Castellazzo starts in goal for the 2011 Coppa Italia winners.

Elsewhere, Giampaolo Pazzini comes in for Diego Milito upfront while Joel Obi replaces Dejan Stankovic in the middle of the park.

Juventus have made only one change from the team who beat Fiorentina 2-1 earlier in the week with first-choice goalkeeper, Gianluca Buffon returning between the sticks with Marco Storari resigned to the substitute bench.

The Old Lady are currently top of Serie A and will be looking for all three points against rivals Inter, who are struggling down in 16th place following a dreadful start to the campaign.
