thumbnail Hello,

‘Er Pupone’ warns against complacency following a routine win over Bologna.

Roma striker Francesco Totti has urged his team-mates not to relax after yesterday’s successful trip to Bologna as they prepare for Saturday’s Serie A title showdown with leaders Inter.

Roma defeated Bologna 2-0 at the Dall'Ara thanks to goals from John Arne Riise and Julio Baptista to remain four points behind the reigning champions, and Totti writes on his official website: “Professionalism, passion, technique and heart. All these qualities allowed us to win this match against Bologna.

“And then Baptista was on duty to take his goal and finish off the game at the right time. Now we must all be fully focused for Saturday.”

Totti is still on the sidelines with a knee injury but resumed light training earlier this week and Claudio Ranieri hinted yesterday the 33-year-old could play a part against the Nerazzurri.
