AC Milan playmaker Ronaldinho has pointed out coach Leonardo as the reason for his improved form, claiming his compatriot knows how to get the best out of him on the pitch.

"It is easy to work with him, because he knows how I enjoy training and how I like to play," he explained to Rai 2.

"The race for Scudetto is hard, very hard, but we are happy things are becoming easier for us."

The player was then asked about reports that he had taken a vow in front of his team-mates at the beginning of the season, at the urging of president Silvio Berlusconi.

"I will never talk about what happens in the dressing room," he concluded.

The former Barcelona player is unlikely to feature against Cagliari this weekend, after contracting the flu.
