The chief is not happy, pointing his finger towards Ancelotti for another season without a trophy...
Milan patron Silvio Berlusconi has blamed coach Carlo Ancelotti for the club's Scudetto failure this term, leading to further speculation over a coaching change.
The chief is disappointed that his side have not been able to challenge more for the Tricolore.
Their 1-1 draw with Juventus on Sunday saw their slim chances of glory slip away and Inter can now win the Scudetto this weekend.
Although the team has been plagued by injuries, Berlusconi feels the real reason for failure lies with the coach.
“We have got the tactics wrong many times. If we have lost the Scudetto then it is Ancelotti's fault,” Berlusconi told a group of tourists during a visit to Sharm El Sheik as reported by La Repubblica.
“We have players who are excellent on the ball and great at passing. We should have worked on this. Also, we have conceded many times towards the end of matches.”
Berlusconi's comments are unlikely to do his coach any favours in terms of staying on at the club.
Meanwhile, Ancelotti continues to be heavily linked with Chelsea.
