Real Madrid Playmaker Kaka Returns To Outdoor Training

Real Madrid midfielder Kaka has returned to outdoor training for the first time since undergoing knee surgery in August.Madrid recently revealed that the 28-year-old was recovering well from his injury and that he would return to training soon. Today, the Spanish giants announced on their official website that the Brazil international has indeed resumed training on the pitch.
"Under the watchful eye of Real Madrid’s medical services and fitness trainer Carlos Lalin, Kaka has begun proprioception work and strength and speed training with the goal of building up stamina and proceeding to the next stage of his recovery," the statement began.
"He did not feel any discomfort while performing turning, speed and stamina drills. Kaka was congratulated by several of his team-mates and coaches, who know the player is one step closer to returning to the field of play."
Kaka is expected to return to match fitness by 2011.
