I Would Like To Retire At Real Madrid - Cristiano Ronaldo

The Portuguese attacker is very happy with life in Madrid...
Portuguese international Cristiano Ronaldo left Manchester United for an adventure at Real Madrid in the summer of 2009 and the tricky attacker is very happy with life at his new club.

"Madrid is my home and Real Madrid my club, but you cannot rule out anything in football. I do not know what will happen in the future. You never know, although I would like to retire in Madrid," said Ronaldo to Punto Pelota.

"I have really enjoyed the past year, but what's missing is winning a title. I'm very happy here in Madrid and my team-mates have helped me a lot, but the team has not won anything.

"We have to keep fighting though, and I am confident we will win many titles in the future.

"It will be very hard to win the league this year, but in football anything can happen. Mathematically it is possible. We have to win in Malaga and see what happens in Barcelona. We must have hope."
A Barcelona victory against Valladolid will result in them winning the title, but a Madrid win and a Barca failure will see the Liga title return to the Spanish capital.
