Report: Gael Kakuta In Line For First Chelsea Start
Chelsea could hand a full debut to Gael Kakuta in Wednesday night's League Cup quarter-final clash with Blackburn Rovers, The Mirror claims.

The teenager's substitute appearance in the 4-0 win over Wolverhampton Wanderers showed just why the Blues were willing to risk a transfer ban to sign him up.
With Carlo Ancelotti expected to rest the bulk of his first team ahead of this weekend's Premier League date with Manchester City, Kakuta and several other fringe players could get their chance to shine at Ewood Park.
Ray Wilkins has confirmed that the Frenchman will make the matchday roster, although the Chelsea assistant manager stressed the importance of taking it step-by-step with such prospects.
He said: “Gael will be in the squad. You saw a snippet of him a couple of weeks ago.
“He is a very talented young man but obviously we have to nurture that along – as we do a couple of other very talented guys.
“Gael has a great work ethic and is prepared to listen and work at his game. That’s nice to see.”
