Ricardo Fuller Warns Arsenal To Expect A 'Rough And Aggressive' Stoke City

Gunners will be tested at 'Fortress Britannia'...

Stoke City striker Ricardo Fuller has promised Arsenal that they will be put under the severest physical pressure when they travel to the Potteries for this weekend's FA Cup tie.

Fuller claims that Arsene Wenger's team cannot cope with an aggressive style of play and has promised that the Midlanders will be in the Gunners' faces from the start.

Arsenal lost 2-1 at the Britannia Stadium last season but have matured and toughened up since then, and are now a much more reslilient unit.

The Jamaican international still thinks they'll find it hard on Sunday though.

"It couldn't be a better draw because we did well against them at home last year," Fuller told The Daily Mail.

"The Britannia is like a fortress and if we play to our strengths I don't think Arsenal can deal with the aggressive play.

"It's been proved in the past that Chelsea and Bolton Wanderers have roughed them up and tried to bully them.

"We can also be rough and aggressive when we need to, but we have quality too, so we can mix it up."
