Chelsea Boss Ancelotti: If Mourinho Is 'Jesus', I Am Not His Disciple

Italian re-opens old wounds in feud with his rival...

Josè Mourinho - Inter (Grazia Neri)
Chelsea manager Carlo Ancelotti has once again hinted at his low opinion of Intercoach Jose Mourinho by claiming that he has never been a follower of 'The Special One'.

The pair enjoyed something of a war of words whilst Ancelotti was coach of Milan last season.

Ancelotti was speaking on an Italian TV show on which Mourinho had famously compared himself to Jesus, but he certainly didn't share his rival's viewpoint.

"I don't know the Special One," he said, according to The Daily Mirror.

"And if he thinks he is Jesus, I am certainly not one of his disciples."

Ancelotti also revealed that his English was progressing well after a pre-season crash course. He also seems to enjoy a warm relationship with Blues skipper John Terry.

"The first press conference was difficult," he added.

"I did an English course for a week in Holland to prepare. Now I speak it all day. In England the players call you 'boss' and I don't like it much to tell you the truth.

"We can say that Terry is a little bit 'my darling'."
