ANFA Announce Squad for AFC Challenge Cup

Santosh Nepali, Rohit Chand and Chetan Ghimire have been included in the national team for the first time as All Nepal Football Association (ANFA) announed the squad for up-coming AFC Challenge Cup Qualifiers starting 26th March in Kathmandu.

Nepal National midfielder Bijaya Gurung

Nepal will take on Palestine on 26th March, Kyrgystan on 28th March and Afghanistan on 30th March.

Ritesh Thapa, Bikash Malla and Kiran Chemzong are selected as goalkeepers. Rakesh Thapa (C), Sagar Thapa, Biraj Maharjan, Anjan K.C, Chun Bahadur Thapa, Robin Shrestha, Dipak Bhushal and Rohit Chand are selected as defenders.

Bishad Gauchan, Sandip Rai, Raju Tamang, Bijaya Gurung, Bhola Nath Silwal, Santosh Nepali and Chetan Ghimire are selected as Midfielders. Anil Gurung, Jumanu Rai, Yougal Kishor Rai and Nirajan Rayamajhi will take control of front line.
