Poll: Do You Think Antonio Valencia Can Replace Cristiano Ronaldo?
Manchester United have completed the signing of Wigan Athletic’s Luis Antonio Valencia to fill in the void left by Crsitiano Ronaldo’s departure to Real Madrid. Do you think the South American can make up for the FIFA World Player of the Year?
Several names have been linked with the Red Devils and one of the prominent ones was of Valencia.
Manchester United legend, Bryan Robson stated that it would be impossible to replace the Portuguese winger at Old Trafford.
“Valencia is a good winger but he's not going to score the goals Ronaldo did,” Robson was quoted saying.
Having acquired the Ecuadorian’s signature, can Manchester United feel content having signed a player to replace arguably the world’s best player?
